Payment giant PayPal has removed its waiting list for crypto services, which means that all eligible US customers will now be able to buy, sell and hold cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) . The payment service made headlines last month when it announced its plans to support digital currencies.
While it was originally suggested that there would be a waiting list for customers interested in purchasing cryptocurrencies, the company has now opened the service to all eligible US customers. The purchase limits are also said to have been increased so that US buyers can invest up to $ 20,000 per week in Bitcoin . The original plan was $ 10,000 a week.
